Unlimited Skills and Maximum Skill Level 99 for D2RMM

Description

This mod allows you to gain more skill points instead of consuming them when you invest skill points in a skill. Additionally, the maximum skill level is now 99 instead of 20.

It also allows unlimited stat points by using Ctrl+Shift when adding more points. If a message appears asking if you're sure, click yes; this will add 65535 to the selected stat. The stat points may appear negative, but it still works.
