Rabies Range - Edit the range at which infection will occur.

Rabies Infect Frame Delay - Edit infection rate in frames.
(Vanilla = 4, what does it mean that every 4 frames infection is transferred to the next enemy)
If was changed to "0" - this will give us maximum speed for infection.
