Smithing Hammers (D2RMM)

This mod is supposed to be used with Less Gold Everywhere as gold is so easy to farm in Diablo 2.

Adds several purchasable single-use smithing hammers that replace and expand Horadric Cube recipes. The selection available depends on both character level and vendor level. You can configure which ones you want to see in the game and their price.

Refining Hammer - Turns cracked/damaged/crude items into normal quality. Replaces the vanilla recipe.

Extraction Hammer - Removes gems, runes, or jewels from socketed items by destroying them. Replaces the vanilla unsocketing recipe.

Piercing Hammer - Sockets Normal items with 2 to the maximum number of sockets the item can have (max socket roll has higher chance; item level can cap max number of sockets), Magic items with 2 sockets, and Rare/Set/Unique items with 1 socket. Replaces the vanilla socketing recipes.

Spectral Hammer - Turns Rare, Set, and Unique items into ethereal versions.

Tempering Hammer and Master Tempering Hammer - Upgrade Rare, Set, and Unique items from Normal to Exceptional, and from Exceptional to Elite respectively. Replace the vanilla upgrading recipes.

All smithing hammers become available at level 71-73 even at Charsi (Nightmare).
