Main Features
Removes a most restrictions affecting which items can be used for certain runewords.
Highly configurable, the only restrictions are:

[]Weapon runewords can only be used on weapons (any weapon)
[]Non-weapon runewords can only be used on non-weapons (any armor, helm, shield)
Additionally, these restrictions are lifted in the current version of the mod:
- []All shield runewords can be used in any shield type (Buckler, Paladin Shield, Zombie Head, etc)
- All ladder-exclusive runewords are available in offline mode
