Only Powerful Affixes D2RMM

• []Dynamically patches the affix tables so weaker affix tiers stop appearing once a stronger compatible tier becomes available. [/]

  []This means that once "of the whale" is able to spawn on a given item, "of the squid" will stop spawning on that item, as did "of the squid" for "of the colossus", etc.[/]

  []This makes the distinction between different item types, so even if an affix cannot spawn on chestplates, it can still spawn on rings if it is the most powerful affix for rings.[/]

  []The mod only changes the maxlevel column. It does not change affix frequency, stat values, item eligibility, affix groups, spawnability, or drop rates for compatibility.[/]

  []Note: Socket affixes are fully excluded because final socket count is also controlled by the item base socket cap. This avoids making max-socket outcomes unintentionally rarer.[/]

  []Note 2: this mod does not change staffmods (+skills on staves, scepters, barb helms, etc.) since they function completely differently internally.[/]

Only works in singleplayer.
