Halved Gamble Prizes for Armors, Weapons, Rings and Amulets.

Heavy and Medium Armors slow down your character so these armors have better defense.

Some Weapons only have STR scaling so these weapons get more min/max damage.

Repeating Crossbow, Chu-Ko-Nu and Demon Crossbow are too slow for their damage dealt

so these Crossbows get some more attack speed.
