  This mod uses @Bonesy's expanded inventory and hireling system and is best enjoyed in the D2r Launcher. Thanks Bonesy for your hard work!

  To install:

  1. If you haven't already done so, create a folder in Diablo II Resurrected folder called 'mods'

  2. Download KD2r in the mods folder you just created

  3. Decompress the file

  4a. Open battle.net launcher

  5a. Select Diablo II Resurrected

  6a. Click the gear icon- options

  7a. Click 'game settings'

  8a. under 'install location' note check box that says 'additional command line arguments,' Click the check box

  9a. dialogue box appears, in dialogue box type exactly this -mod kd2r -txt

  4b. Download D2rLaunch (I cannot post external links to 3rd party software)

  5b. Open D2r Launch and in 'mod choice' drop down menu select kd2r

  6b. click 'play'

  Notes: Due to using D2r Launch personally I have decided to forego certain quality of life improvements, such as "show item level" and "hide helmet" as they were interfering with the launcher.
