Really, thanks to the D2R modding tools creators. With these tools, I can make mods for what I want.

-Mod Features-
1. Adds a blood effect to monsters that do not have one in the vanilla version. (except monsters that don't have flesh)
2. Adds more blood effects to monsters that have blood effects at death animation already.
3. Adds bloody sounds to the monster's gory death.
