Adjust Paladin Aura Speed for D2RMM

Adjusts the time it takes for the Paladin auras to apply.

I hated it when auras took a week (1s) to apply, so I made this mod to change aura delay ( smaller is faster )

Set it really low ( 2-10 ) and turn off damage fix to turn into a walking simulator when using damage auras.

Default aura delay is 50, default for fix is 50, since my guess that is a magical internal number for 1 second ?

Also added a somewhat fix for damage auras where it divides the delay by a set default value ( can be changed ) in order to divide the final aura damage by that amount, example (delay / default )  ( 10 / 50 ) =0. 2 and after it will multiply aura damage with 0. 2 in order to fix the final damage.

Also has a toggle button for damage fix, I strongly recommend to leave it on, or you will easily turn into a walking simulator.
