Adjust Max Level for D2RMM

If you set max level > 99, the moment you hit max exp you will instantly level to the new max level.

There are 2 hardcoded limitations:

• []Save files cannot have levels > 127. This means you could have a character in game with level > 127, but the moment you save it and log out, it will be capped to 127

  []Exp cannot exceed 32 bit unsigned int max value (i.e. ~4. 2 billion). This is actually very close to level 99 exp, thus there's not much room left for us to play with in terms of exp gain.

  !!!!WARNING!!!!

  To avoid having corrupted save files, I strongly recommend you back up your characters before messing with max level settings.

  The default character save files (for D2RMM) are located at C:\Users\<your username>\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\mods\D2RMM
