No Demon Devil Form tml

Updated the mods with ini files, so people could just download the .rar file mod and install it without extracting it. For some reason nexus renames the rar files with adding random numbers to the rar files and if the mod doesn't have a ini file in them the mod fails to instal

edited the transformation related tml files so the transition from human>DT>human wouldn't occur. Wanted to have this not be related to the player scn files so it's a win for me too. I kept a small glitch from dante when you go in to dt>sdt and have dt form
