This is a pretty simple mod, just changing the default DT activation from Nero to the middle-finger one.
It generates a great amount of effects, so be warned that the game might get kinda laggy, and it can be annoying to some people.
Nero doesn't seem to say anything when the DT is activated when you are using this mod. He only says the "FUCK YOU" line when you activate it in M20, but it only occurs once.
I included a version that changes the animation only in the ground. Perhaps when i'm bored i'll make an air-only version.
