Rearranged S282 (not updated for B99)

Why hasn't this mod been updated?

There are a few reasons:

• []CCL has now been updated, so there's less of a need to hack different wheel arrangements onto the S282.

  []The S282 is now much stronger by default, and aerodynamic drag isn't simulated, so there's no reason to have arrangements that are faster or more powerful (the S282 is now about as powerful as the duplexes were).

  []The new traction simulation in B99 broke my code that changed the factor of adhesion, and it would take a lot of effort to fix this.

  []Changes to the audio system broke my code that gave the duplex its chuff sounds.

  []The S282 throttle lever is now very sluggish, and it's hard to make quick adjustments (like real steam locomotive engineers do). This would make controlling the slippery stuff like the 4-8-4 way more annoying.

  This mod changes the wheel arrangement of the S282 to any of these:

    Wheel Sizes

    Version 1. 1. 0 added new wheel arrangements where the drive wheels and valve gear have been scaled up or down. In the future, I might make custom valve gear with the correct animations and proportions, but for now you'll have to deal with the cursed valve gear.

    A larger wheel size means a higher top speed, but lower tractive effort and lower tonnage.

    []All x-4-x locomotives have 80 inch drive wheels (~40% bigger)
