Download the zip, unpack. Launch the game first, go into save load menu, then replace one of your existing save files with downloaded one (copy over to one of the save folders like an autosave that you don't need or that you've backed up), in game it should appear as your save file, however then loading it will load what you copied, tricking the game. Interact with the last guy - Musician.
While testing I found that the lost cargo that I'm carrying to get 5 stars with the musician in "Best Beloved" save loose their value and you cant turn them over. You will have to do 1 order to him or find your own lost cargo.
