Flips all default values in catalogue_facts.core to true, unlocks almost everything.
It works with Epic Games Directors Cut version, it may also work for Steam, not sure, there is "Item and Equipment Unlocked" from another author which is made to work with the Steam version.
Installation instructions
This mod requires the latest version of Decima to install --> Releases · ShadelessFox/decima-workshop · GitHub
If it is your first time installing a mod using Decima, you will need to extract it (anywhere)
You may need to open either decima.exe, start a new project, set it up with your file paths (oodle is oo2core_7_win64.dll inside your game directory) and close it.
Extract to Decima folder (the UnlockItemsEpicDC folder and install-UnlockItemsEpicDC.bat should be in the base Decima directory)
Run "install-UnlockItemsEpicDC.bat"
It will prompt you to paste the game directory ( for example, mine is: G:\Epic Library\DeathStranding )
It takes a few minutes to repack, it will let you know when it is finished.
