Resource Hud Pop-ups Are The Worst

So truth be told, Resource Notification pop-ups aren't necessarily the "Worst", but I kind of got a bit of a theme going at the moment with these mods, so we're just going to stick with it for now. :)

What this mod does:

Simply it gives three separate options to change up the Resource Notification pop-ups in the lower left of the screen when you gather or collect resources such as Freaker ears, wood, plants, rags, kerosene, etc.

Option 1: Removes all Resource Notification pop-ups in the game, though you'll still get the squishy sound effect when collecting Freaker ears. (For you hardcore gamers)

Option 2: Removes the Icon portion of the pop-up, and just leaves the text and quantity.

Option 3: Removes the text portion of the pop-up, and just leaves the icon and quantity.

One thing to note is that this impacts ALL gathered resources, including those gathered from human enemies. So while most resources you can see when you collect them, and thus don't really "need" a pop-up, if you choose to turn them off completely, you will have to check your inventory to see what resources you are picking up off of dead enemies.

Now I hear you asking, "Is it really the most practical thing to turn them off completely?" No probably not, but then again mods have never been about practicality, but rather about providing different options for us gamers. Plus it can be fun to be a little impractical every now and again! :)

How to Install:

Place modded Pak file into Pak folder located in "%LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks". If Pak folder does not exist, you will need to create one.

Next, go to "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DaysGone\BendGame\Content\sfpaks" and rename the "sfpaks" folder to "sfpakss" or whatever else you'd like. Just make sure to change the folders name.
