Map Restrictions Removed - scrolling and navigation is possible everywhere

If you decide to go south into regions that you haven't unlocked yet through your story progression, there's one big issue with navigation - you can't use the map, since you can't move it up the screen beyond a certain point (the map gets stuck when its center crosshair hits the horizontal line that goes through the southern tip of the area you've unlocked).

My mod removes this restriction, so you can scroll through the whole map from the beginning of the game. Now you can focus everywhere, zoom in and see where you are, place waypoints and even fast travel to the southern encampments you visited during your "unofficial" trip.

[!] Be aware, that you can't fast travel between two starting regions and the ones to the south (in any direction) before you clear Sherman's Camp Infestation, otherwise the only connecting road is considered blocked!

Installation instructions:

Extract/drag the 500-Map_unlock_P.pak file from the downloaded archive into this folder:
