Hitmarkers Are The Worst

First if all, hitmarkers REALLY are the worst! Secondly, if you are just looking for a way to completely remove hitmarkers from the game for the cleanest possible experience, then Remove Hitmarkers by KENNITHH is the mod for you, and the one I personally use myself. This mod simply provides an alternative option for those who might want a little extra feedback on their kills.

What this mod does:

Removes all hitmarkers, but also adds a red dot that will appear on the screen to confirm when an enemy has been killed. That's it.

Compatibility:

- This mod does not modify any weapon files, and as such, should be compatible with pretty much everything.

- This modifies different files then KENNITHH's mods, so it's compatible with their other great mod Remove Crosshairs if you're looking at removing BOTH crosshairs and hitmarkers, and just have the red dot to confirm kills.

- Also compatible with my other HUD mods.

How to Install:

Place modded Pak file into Pak folder located in "%LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks". If Pak folder does not exist, you will need to create one.

Next, go to "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DaysGone\BendGame\Content\sfpaks" and rename the "sfpaks" folder to "sfpakss" or whatever else you'd like. Just make sure to change the folders name.
