You can find the Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin and Dark Souls III versions of this mod here (DS2) and here (DS3).

What does this mod do?

This mod replaces the Hard Leather Set (female) with a custom character model. This is the starting armor for the Warrior class. Additionally, it removes the scabbard for the longsword. This is the starting weapon for the Warrior class.

Install instructions:

1.) I recommend creating a backup of the game directory

2.) Extract the contents of the downloaded zip to your Dark Souls Remastered game directory. This is where DarkSoulsRemastered.exe exists.

3.) Start a new game as a female Warrior or equip the Hard Leather Set on an existing female character.

Uninstall Instructions:

Download the "Uninstall_Paz_DS1R.zip" file and extract the contents into the game directory. This will replace the modded content with the original files.

Alternatively, you could run a Steam integrity check. However, this will almost surely break/remove all of your existing mods.

Known Issues/limitations:

- The scabbard is for show. Currently, only the longsword has been modified to remove the vanilla scabbard. I might remove the remaining sword scabbards to reduce immersion breaking limitations. I might also release a model without the scabbard at all. All in good time.

- The model is stored exclusively in the leg equipment. The full set is required in order to make the vanilla body, hands, and head invisible. Meaning no armor changes.

- Wearing the Hard Leather Set as a male character will render the face invisible. Congratulations, you can now be Kevin Bacon.

- Some animations will cause the model to be distorted (minor). Most don't.

1.) Does this work on the PTDE?

I haven't tested this. I don't recommend it. However, I do plan to test this and release it properly for the PTDE.

2.) Does this work with <insert mod name here>?

I can only recommend using this mod with the base game. I will eventually create a list of verified mods. As always, use at your own risk.

3.) Do you plan to release any other mods?

Yes. Character/Model replacements are likely. This is part of a larger project that may or may not be released.

4.) Will you create a mod using <insert other game model here>? (AKA the I wanna play as Cloud Strife question)
