I never liked the silence in the Dark Souls main menu, so I added some music from Demon's Souls (the character creation theme Souls of Mist) to celebrate the remake coming out recently.
To install this, navigate to your Dark Souls: Remastered install folder and find the folder named movww. In that folder, you'll find a file named frpg_title. Make a backup of this file in case you want to restore it, and then put my file in its place.
