Changes the model, icon and description of the Claymore to the unused Black Zweihander model and some custom stuff.
This Mod replaces the Zweihander to the unused Black Zweihander.
I also made a custom Icon, and a description.
The Icon is made from concept art, and the HQ cutout (I tried to make it as pixel perfect as possible) is included.
Installation:
Put the following folders in your Dark Souls Remastered directory (where the . EXE is located):
