Meant to imitate BloodBorne's Rally Mechanic.
It doesn't behave exactly like BB cause it's tied into the DS3 UI code.
ModEngine 2 Version:
Put DS3_RallyMod.dll into the mod engine 2 directory where launchmod_darksouls3.bat is located.
Inside config_darksouls3.toml add the dll into external_dlls like so
external_dlls = ["DS3_RallyMod.dll"]
Settings can be changed Inside RallyMod.ini that gets created in your DS3 game folder
Default Example:
HealthStealModifier = 1. 0
RallyTime = 8. 0
