Droococoo's Brume Tower Overhaul (SOTFS)

Description

Complete hand-made overhaul for Brume Tower and an alternative start save file made specifically for this mod.

Alternative Start

You can play the mod without alternative start but it was specifically made and balanced around this feature. There is a save file provided alongside mod with a premade and prepositioned character. With the alternative start you will begin the game inside Brume Tower with no bonfires outside of it lit and no Heavy Iron Key to leave. You have to find it at the very bottom first if you want to ever see Emerald Herald again. A lot of the mod's features were also designed around you character not having access to blacksmiths / leveling up which is enforced by the save file conditions. DSII ships controls and some others settings with save file which means that if you are playing with mouse/keyboard this will give you my keybinds which are far from default. You can reset them or change them back after you load the save. This does not affect controller players.

If you are playing with the Alternative Start (the intended way) the goal is to reach Majula.

If you are playing without Alternative Start the Goal is to get to the Crown of Old Iron King.

Installation

I highly recommend installing mods listed below. Brume Tower Overhaul is meant to be played alongside these. If you for some reason choose to not install any of the recommended mods: skip to step 3.

• []Install iGP 11, launch the iGP11. Tool.exe as administrator, set your game name to be DSII SOFTS in settings, and set path to it's executable in the app. Launch the game once and close it.[/]

  []Download and install Recommended Mods from the list below by placing their .dds files into your Game/iGP11/tex_override folder.[/]

  []Download Brume Tower Overhaul and open the archive. Copy the content of Game folder from the archive to your SOFTS/Game folder. IMPORTANT: If you have been asked to replace files during that: you had other mods installed. As of now BTO does not support any other mods except listed below to be ran alongside it.[/]
