All files put in folder with game - Steam\steamapps\common\Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin\Game
Delete all files of the mod
Play offline, or u'll get softban...
Set zero brightness in game settings
If the mod doesn't work... Try to rename dxgi files to d3d11.
