SphincterVision Crowd Control

Variable crowds based on settlement size, weather, and rumor events.

Cities will have 50% more NPCs wandering outside, while towns will have the default amount.  Smaller settlements will have 50% less, with farms and houses having only a few NPCs outside.

During dawn and dusk, crowd side will be 50% of their normal size.  Crowds dissipate at night as normal.

Weather will affect crowd size - rain will reduce the crowd by 30%.  Snow reduces the crowd by 40%, and thunderstorms reduce the crowd by 50%.

Rumored events will impact crowds.  Plague and Famine have a large effect reducing crowd size by 40%.  War and crime have a moderate effect of 20% crowd reduction.  Events like witch burnings, temple persecution, and factions getting hunted down each reduce the crowd by 10%.  These events are cumulative if multiple rumored events are happening, however population reduction from events is limited to 70% reduction.

Events aren't featured in this mod, however I recommend either DoomFeud or Power Struggle for live events.

All of these are multiplicative.  So a thunderstorm during a plague at dusk will reduce the crowd size by approximately 90% for instance.

Available on Android.  If using Hammerfell for Redguards, place this mod after in the load list.  If using Vanilla Enhanced, this mod shouldn't be used - VE already does most of this.
