I haven't done modding in years due to work, only just noticed people were still coming to this page. Here's an updated health bar mod that you should use instead:

-Fixed a bug that caused a null exception when the player's raycast hit check collided with an enemy's missile
-Fixed a bug that caused the health bar to stay on screen forever if a save was reloaded while it was visible
-Fixed a bug that caused the health bar to not update correctly when switching between targets
-Improved interaction with NPCs in towns
WHAT THIS MOD DOES:
This mod adds a health bar to your HUD that tracks the health of the last enemy you've attacked. Works with physical weapons, ranged weapons, and magic.
COMPATIBILITY:
Should be compatible with every mod that doesn't render to the bottom center of the HUD. Future update planned to allow for better customization to ensure compatibility with mods like Hot Key HUD.
