This outfit was absolutely made for photo mode/pictures only. Skirt is using JADE physics, means that it's a requirement for this item to look properly. To put it on the NPC or NPV via ACM will not be possible, only by adding it directly to the NPC/NPV file. Heavy note about stockings - they will be clipping in certain places with some poses, the goal was to make them fit close enough to wear them with most shoes.

Game-ready: This mod wasn't meant to be gameplay friendly, at least yet. If you're experiencing any FPP, walking, in combat issues, i will not fix them, since it's not what those items are made for. I'm used to enjoy my playthroughs in completely vanilla game, without using any mods - that's the reason i am not aware of visual issues they might cause when equipped.

If it's irritating to you, you can (as it is noted above) edit the mod for your personal usage and enjoy your game in comfort.
