Works for most hairstyles available for V. Certain hairstyles are by default affected more then the others. Should be compatible with most modded hairstyles, however not all of them.
If you start experiencing 'hair sinking to the ground' issue it might be caused by incompatibility between this mod and a modded hairstyle.
