West Coast CyberLUT

As the name suggests, the mod alters the overall natural atmosphere of the game, making it more reminiscent of the climate of the West Coast, but with consideration for the game's specifics. Now, in more detail:

Key Features:

- Atmosphere and Climate: The mod transforms the in-game environment to evoke the distinctive feel of the West Coast, enhancing immersion.

- Visual Enhancements: Improved lighting, color grading, and environmental effects create a realistic world.

First of all, all moisture and puddles have been completely removed from roads and other surfaces at night if there is no rain. This simply doesn’t make sense—when it’s not raining, roads, cars, and many other objects shouldn’t be wet. However, if it is raining, moisture and puddles are still present.

Chromatic aberration has also been completely disabled — there are no more color distortions. Bloom has been reduced to a minimum — no more overly bright and blinding streetlights, headlights of passing cars, and so on.

Motion blur has been disabled — no more blurring of the environment when moving the camera. Vignetting has also been turned off. The global color and lighting system has been reworked for a more realistic climate corresponding to the West Coast, along with some other fixes.

There are two versions available:

1. West Coast CyberLUT. This version includes all the changes described above.

2. West Coast CyberLUT (no rain). This version also includes all the previously mentioned changes, but with one key difference: all types of rain are completely removed from the weather system. In other words, all weather conditions are enabled, but it never actually rains. For example, during toxic rain, you will still experience the usual lighting, greenish clouds, and fog, but there will be no rain itself. The same applies to all other rain variants. This creates an entirely new weather experience.
