Gives the iconic perk of Ying Long (chance for EMP explosions on hit) to the Hercules 3AX, which also keeps its perk! (Poison cloud explosion on kill)
The Hercules 3AX is a pretty powerful assault rifle, but it'd be pretty cool if it was even more powerful! Adding the iconic perk of the Ying Long is sure to do the trick!
