This (shoddily made) mod replaces the base head mesh. Please set all facial customizations to 1 to get this head. Any changes will cause him to look like an abomination.
It is best to start a new game to avoid crashing. Or, load into a character that also has all face customizations set to 1. All piercings, tattoos, cyberware, etc are fitted for this mesh and should not clip. Custom cyberware mods likely will clip and will need manual adjustment.
To get this specific look that I have here, you can use hair 8 from Vessnelle's hair mod here, and I'm also using their 4k complexions mod. The eyebrows are from Arkhe0 and can be downloaded from their page here.
