Make Cyberpsychosis feel like CYBERPSYCHOSIS
This patch makes drastic changes on how Cyberpsychosis works in Wannabe Edgerunner.

Main features
- Humanity cost is lowered (25%, 50% or 75%) while using Neuroblockers instead of nullifying it.
- Neuroblockers will NOT give immunity against Cyberpsychosis.
- No Post-psychosis. You can go back-to-back Cyberpsycho indefinitely.
- Makes you hostile against everyone nearby.
Optional files
- Humanity on interaction
Grants social humanity by speaking to people.
To maintain balance, it can only be used every 10 seconds.
- Wanted Level 0
Config setting to not trigger Wanted level(s) when falling to cyberpsychosis.
(You can still get wanted by doing crimes obviously!)
- No Neuroblocker VFX
Removes the flashing effect on Neuroblocker usage.
Pairs well with Neuroblocker on quickslot healing, if you find overlapping flashy effects on your screen annoying.
- Quickslot healing for short Neuroblocker effect.
This is just a fun reference to Edgerunners series (see picture below) and may not be balanced at all!
