📋 About This Mod

Incoherent Rambling

Does 4K in a mod title makes you think the mod must be good? Do you think the higher the poly count of a model, the better it must be? If you answered either of those questions with yes, I'm afraid I have to tell you you got duped. The perfect texture size and poly count is actually as little as you can get away with. Considerably more and you don't get higher quality, just shoddier craftsmanship.

Yeah, and why do you care so much, you're asking? Well, for one it just rubs me the wrong way. Big time. But apart from that is has very real consequences in the context of the game. Did you ever kit out V in lots of modded clothes on your high poly body mod and thought oh, I wanna use a different hairstyle with that and entered character customization via the mirror and then the game locked up when you tried to confirm your changes? Or is it a regular thing for you that you put a shirt and jacket on V and now their boobs are popping through? Or you just want to use some pants and a shirt that both have garment support, but when you combine them, V's hips clip through? These are some very noticeable downsides of high poly geometry and high resolution textures. There's more.

What This Is

This is a body mod that is actually fully vanilla compatible. It has working garment support without lag. It uses the admittedly very nice VTK textures, but downscaled where the original resolution was excessive. Triangle count for the body mesh (that is without arms and head) is about 15,000 which is about twice the vanilla count but less than 1/10 of the typical "HD" body mod. All the other meshes are vanilla, but with VTK textures applied. I dare you to tell the difference. ;) Not once did I manage to lock up the game when exiting character customization.

Of course this supports ArchiveXL switch feet as well, so you can use any ArchiveXL footwear.

TL;DR This is a nicer-looking body mod that should have minimal performance impact and actually be fully vanilla compatible.

I recommend using this mod with the head textures (but no head mod) from 4k Complexion and Body for Female V by Avallonkao (yes, I'm aware of the irony recommending a mod with 4k in the name tyvm). I actually like these better than the VTK head textures, that's why I didn't make a head mod with VTK textures yet.

Use If

[]you want to play the game, but have a nicer looking V than vanilla

[]you don't like body parts clipping through clothes

[]you don't like the low poly vanilla duck feet, but you don't have a foot

fetish that makes you take macro shots of single toes (no kink shaming! you do you!)[]you want to be able to use character customization (mirror or ripp

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Vanilla-compatible design means no weird seams or clipping with base game clothes
  • Garment Support is a lifesaver for fashion-minded players who mix and match outfits
  • Community-trusted with 106 endorsements and over 5k downloads

⚠️ Cons

  • Only for fem V — male V players get nothing here
  • Requires VTK textures to work as intended, so you'll need to grab that separately
  • Last updated in March 2026 — check for compatibility with the latest game patches
🎯 Is This For You?
For Cyberpunk 2077 players who want a body mod that doesn't scream 'modded' — it keeps the vanilla look while adding quality-of-life improvements like garment support. If you're into hyper-stylized or exaggerated body mods, this isn't for you. But if you want a subtle, immersive upgrade for female V, this is a solid pick.

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Make sure you have VTK textures installed first, or the mod won't look right.
  • Use a mod manager like Vortex to keep track of your Cyberpunk mods and avoid conflicts.
  • If you're using other body mods, disable them before installing this one to prevent mesh clashes.
