📋 About This Mod

As part of a larger project, I have decided to release some of my originally private mods.

To explain this mod properly, I need to go back a bit.

Victoria is based on one of my original characters from the Carbon 2185 TTRPG - a netrunner working for the NCPD who, under certain aliases, occasionally has to disappear and blend in with nomads.

I later recreated her in Cyberpunk 2077 as my personal V for a dedicated playthrough.

Some time after that, my esteemed colleague HausVonSin offered to turn her into an NPV (Non-Player V), and together we built Victoria in Cyberpunk 2077.

Eventually I started wondering whether it would be possible to take this one step further - to replace an entire in-game character.

More as a proof of concept than anything else.

Naturally, Panam came to mind immediately, given Victoria’s history with nomads and her ability to operate under false identities.

After a lot of work, countless trials, and more trial-and-error than I’d like to admit, it finally worked.

What began as a technical experiment turned into a permanent fixture in my own load order.

And yes - I’m fully aware that this is a very niche mod.

But I also believe there are players out there who might genuinely enjoy something a bit different, a bit personal, and a bit experimental.

So here she is - Victoria, finally released.

Make Yourself Comfortable

What does it do?

This mod overhauls Panam’s appearance to match my personal vision of her - you know my mods.

Compatibility?

Should be compatible with most mods unless they alter Panam's appearance files.

During testing, it was discovered that Old School Tattoos Shop is definitely incompatible.

This suggests that similar mods might also be incompatible. Just try it out.

A matching patch for Lizzie's Braindances can be found on O'Neill's Explicit Content under optional files!

Images and Videos

If anyone feels like taking screenshots or videos while using the mod, please share them here!

I’d love to see and feature your work :)

Installation?

Simply unpack the archives into your Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder and you're good to go!

Known Issues?

On the character’s first spawn, facial animations in Photo Mode may occasionally stop working.

This is easily fixed by briefly switching Victoria’s appearance to another preset and then switching back.

Thanks and Credits?

HausVonSin - this mod simply wouldn't have been possible without you!

DqBit010 - for providing these awesome pictures!

sedthS - for letting me use and modify assets from Cyber Jaw for V (V2)

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Solid download-to-endorsement ratio (5,438 downloads, 78 endorsements) — people are grabbing it and liking it.
  • Gives Panam a fresh look if you're tired of the default appearance.
  • Two authors on the project — more likely to be polished and maintained.

⚠️ Cons

  • Only 78 endorsements — it's a niche mod, not a community staple.
  • Last updated July 2026 — could break with future game patches, though it's recent enough for now.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Cyberpunk 2077 players who want to change up Panam's appearance without altering gameplay. If you're a fan of the Carbon 2185 tabletop RPG or just want a unique take on a main character, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes — this is purely cosmetic.
