Follow the paths inside the .rar:.xl & .archive files goes to:

Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod .yaml file goes to: Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks

Uninstall:

Just delete my  files (.xl .archive and .yaml) from your folder.
