📋 About This Mod
The vehicular equivalent to my Advert Controller mod. Provides a Mods menu for selecting any installed modded vehicles to add to any district. Quickly add/remove modded vehicles for any district. No vehicle codes needed. Works with NightCityTrafficOverhaul backend.
Features:
-
[]Image previews for modded vehicles (unless author did not include one in existing mod files).
[
]Granular control over selecting which vehicles appear in which districts.[]Automatically shuffles selected vehicles lists between loads to guarantee randomness independent of backend.
[]Global and district Select All for convenience.
[]Saved user settings can be backed up and applied through external file.
[]Extendable to as many vehicles as you want to install with no performance impact.
Must load save to see changes. Menu is in Mods, not Mod Settings.
Saved user settings are located in r6\storages\VehicleSelectorFrontend\user_settings.json. You can use this to back up your settings or quickly swap between multiple settings. After you go through and select your vehicles, exit the Vehicle Selector Frontend menu and go back to the main menu. Now, those settings are saved to that file. Before you start the game, if you rename or move whichever one you want back to the original "user_settings.json" file, it will load whatever settings you have saved in there.
Incompatible mods:
Cleaner Main Menu (this mod overwrites UI that this mod hooks to, causing a crash on startup if installed).
For translators: There is a en-us.txt localization file in bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\VehicleSeleectorFrontend\localization. Keep number of lines the same, and save with file name of your language code inside of that localization folder. The translated text will automatically apply. No other files needed.
