Vehicle Interior Lighting Fix

Please read this!!!

This mod doesn't change any ENV file. Meaning it works fine with weather mod. But it does change .ent file.

I made this mod Inspired by Better Vehicle First Person. So, it's the best to work with it.

As you can see in topic, this mod tries to fix 

vehicle over exposure problem or too bright in vehicle. I did a lot of tests on 

Quadra Type-66 Avenger and this mod works as I said. See picture 2、3、5、6、7、8.

The exposure determined by the weather and vehicles, I only fix vehicles, weather is too difficult for me. It will still be very bright when you pass through some tunnels. See picture 4. And some vehicles LED lights and inside lights get wrong, it's the cost. If you do care a lot, see bug page to learn more.
