Anatomically speaking, this is the "labia minora" - a 3D model of which is fitted to the body geometry:

And it's color is not fitted to all skin tones' textures, because of custom textures and because this "part of the body" has approximately the same color for all skin types IRL (there are billions of women on this planet, each has a different vagina), so I made it just like a "medium" reddish "stereotypical" tint. Still, it may look a bit unnatural with very bright of very dark skins. Looks better with somethimg "at the middle". If you are a "photomode" player, just play with the light.

All items are in toe / toe nails slots (left and right), so you can mix all together, just experiment.

There are INNER, MIDDLE and OUTER items + vagina as a base, if needed, to wear all this.
