Decided to upload my reshade with the setting as I like it (mostly a backup if I mess anything up)
There should be an effect in the reshade called "Camera" or "PCamera.fx" you can edit it to reduce effects and/or disable that if it causes too much bloom or other effects within it. I set to to numpad 4 if that got saved with this (just in case it did telling so now)
