A "blackout" style tattoo overlay mod that works with the UV framework. The mod contains both a body overlay as well as a head overlay.
Hello! I got bored and decided to try and make a "blackout" style tattoo overlay mod. This works with the UV framework only so therefore it will only work with body mods that use that framework. The mod contains both a body overlay as well as a head overlay.

Update 2. 0:
Made some slight variations to one of the arms. Will keep version 1. 0 uploaded for those who prefer that one. Do NOT have both versions installed at the same time. Please only choose one or the other.

To INSTALL:
Unzip and extract archive folder to game directory.
To UNINSTALL:
Delete the archives 001_Blackout (Or 001_BlackoutV2) & 004_Blackout Head
