Upgrading Cost Rebalance

I like to live on the edge. While playing with almost every major overhaul mod (EconomyPunk, They Will Remember, Stealthrunner etc.) I realized that even though I love looting-dismantling-crafting-upgrading cycle, it gets boring after your God-knows-which playthrough. So here we are. The idea is to have a slightly easier early-game but a rewarding late-game.

This mod is made with

EconomyPunk

 and all of 

RelaxItsOk

's mods in mind. Seriously, use them all.

Reroll Cyberware Stats When Upgrading - extremely helps about build crafting.

Cyberwares Always Available At Vendors - highly recommended for being able to get each cyberware rarity depending on your budget.

Restrict Crafting and Upgrading to Inside Apartments Only - for immersion freaks like me.

Tested and made for latest game version: 2. 31.

Compatible with Seijax and IMES' cyberware mods.

Installation instructions:

Put it in your installation folder just like any other CET mod.

Example: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods
