There are three sizes to choose from so you can kit out your V whatever way you like. Only use one at a time.
I didn't convert any of the textures just attached the the penis model to fem V's torso.
You can used the vanilla textures or the custom ones I made for Lady V's Third Leg.
Recommend using Underwear removal extended - includes FPP and TPP modes - The Cyberpunk 2077 Player nude patch CET edition as it works in first person mode.
Underwear Remover and Underwear Remover - CET Edition work but only in the inventory and photo mode, not first person.
