3 - Use Cyber Engine Tweaks for the required items.
Notes:
- Console Command to get the items in files descriptions.
- You can still upgrade the outfit parts just like normal.

- Clothes works on Tifa and V
- Version 1. 1 Fix the head disappearing in TPP Mode and added the Hair to the Swap
