The My V Preset Collection... Six cosmetic variants of my very own Night City legend.
The bone structure (Eyes, nose, mouth) etc doesn’t change.
It’s the cosmetics that change (Hair, makeup, eye colour) etc.
Only vanilla character creation assets used, except for the white Arroyo Angel hair for which you will need...

Go in game to your mirror in your apartment... Select “Change Appearance”... And select from presets on the left hand side of screen.
