2 - Go to Cyberpunk 2077 folder(Where is Cyberpunk 2077. EXE Resides) and Delete "Reshade-shaders" folder
3 - Extract the Downloaded Files (Reshade-Shaders Folder and The City Lights. INI in
your Cyberpunk 2077 Directory
4 - Run the game,press HOME key and skip the tutorial,select "The City Lights"
