Between Nomad MacGyvering and the existence of caravans, genuine, bonafide campervans have become something of a novelty. Identifying this as a gap in the market, Makigai turned to their R&D department and asked it to come up with something from their existing catalogue of offerings. They punched out the rear wall behind the passenger seat, which was itself ripped out in favour of a mattress, and permanently affixed the trunk cover of the HFS model to the bed. The result was the Tanishi T420 Camper, a highly compact microcamper for the dedicated outdoors enthusiast. "Your Outdoors Living Option", was the tagline marketing came up with.

Of course reality didn't pan out as planned. The gap in the market they envisaged was a mirage; single-seat camping was too small a segment to dedicate production line space to, and the model's increased complexity made it more expensive than a base-model Villefort Columbus, a van famously easy to customise. The cheeky origins behind the tagline's acronym did the project no favours with management, either. So the only 2 fully completed sample models were left on the Night City showroom floor as monuments to what might've been.

That is, until one night when both models were simultaneously and independently stolen. One of them, taken by the netrunner "G3MM4", was turned into an electronic fortress on wheels, packed with sensors, explosive reactive armour paneling, onboard heat-exchange climate control system, and interior storage space for all her on-the-road needs. Torque tuned to be as adept at climbing stairs as hills, this cuboid unit can approach enemies from any direction they weren't anticipating.
