Fix for Smart Frame and Crystal Coat bugs in game version 2.21 caused by Realistic Driving mod
Fixed Smart Frame and Crystal Coat bugs (bugs from version 2. 21, in version 2. 31 the mod was installed right after the fix, so I don't know what other bugs were caused by the mod in the new patch, but everything works) caused by the Realistic Driving mod.
The fix contains two folders: one with the mod and one without it if you want to remove it. Just replace the files.
