DESCRIPTION

I really wanted a slender but toned male appearance. So I combined Flat Chest Body for FemV (which has 1K textures) with muscled 4K textures from Solo OG that I've altered to make the chest flat and added new nipples too. Although in my screenshots it's not as noticeable, the skin texture has a more toned muscles appearance now. Thanks for user images that show it off better than I can.

Although the game gives you the option to change genitalia, it does not give you the option to remove breasts, only to alter their size. The flat chest mods aim to give you this option. Whether you want to play as a slender male, breastless female, or non-binary character, it's your choice. If you don't like having such choices, no one is forcing you to be here. Read commenting guideline from Nexus. ANY FORM OF HARRASMENT IS NOT ALLOWED.

ROMANCE OPTIONS

In the vanilla game, having a "female" body type means only Judy and River will be interested in you, but only if you also have female voice type.

Technically River should be interested regardless of voice type, but for me it does not work without using a command.

However, you can romance any of the 4 options, including Panam and Kerry, regardless of body / voice type, as long as you have CET, which will give you tons of commands to use. You can enable romance for (note that for certain animations to align properly you might still need a mod that fixes them like Romance Hangouts Enhanced):
