📋 About This Mod
DISCLAIMER - aside from adding tattoo's to V, it adds these tattoo's to random NPC's (but not all!). I don't know of a way to make the texture exclusive to V, he doesn't have his own unique texture set, and the actual tattoo overlays are weirdly mapped out. until modding progresses, or someone can maybe figure out something I am missing, this is the only way I know of. If anyone DOES know of a way to make them only appear on V, please let me know! Thank you, and enjoy.
