This mod changes Satori appearance to Camellia's Customisable Katana, so you can use Satori with its stats and with all the mods that affects Satori instead of Shimenawa.
Installation:

[]First install Customisable Katana - ArchiveXL and all its requirements and set the custom katana how you want following Camellia's instructions.

]Install this mod, it'll replace Satori appearance with the custom katana you just set.Just drop into your Cyberpunk 2077 root folder or use Vortex.
This won't change ArchiveXL mods that adds Satori as a wearable katana tho, it can be done, but it's too specific, because there's a bunch of mods that adds a wearable Satori, so just use Shimenawa wearable with this Equipable Katana mod to match it.
